Its unique anhydrite formulation, developed by Bardon Screed, presents
significant advantages over traditional flooring screeds in terms of speed
of application, increased accuracy of placement, elimination of grinding,
reduction in thickness and, more importantly, cost saving to your project.
Increases speed of application over traditional methods of screed flooring.
Can increase productivity and reduce labour costs.
Self-flowing and self-compacting eliminating use of plate vibrators.
Can reduce the average thickness laid by as much as 100%.
Complies with the requirement of European standard prEN CCCC-2, Screen
material and floor screeds, Part 2: screed material properties and requirement
(draft) and the Code of Practice for Floor Screeds, BS 8204: Part 1.
Reduces shrinkage to a minimum eliminating curling.
Increases accuracy of placement.
Does not require grinding for subsequent floor covering or vinyl application.
Ideal for use in underfloor heating
Can be pumped directly to point of use therefore requiring no on-site
mixing.
May be used by foot traffic after 1 or 2 days.
